How many stories and approximately how many square feet is your home, excluding the basement?
Is your house a single, twin, or rowhouse?
How many downspouts does your house have? Do they drain above ground or connect to underground pipes?
Are your gutters open, or do they have gutter protection?
Are there nearby trees? When were your upper gutters last cleaned?
Do you want the full service, including checking for underground clogs? This is offered during warm seasons only, not during late fall.
